A blog can also do considerable damage if not used. They must be updated with fresh content. One thing we have done to help in the delays of posting is to not assign a date and time to the post.
Your customers may thing that the story is dated, but at least it won’t show it’s been 2 years. A lack of news on a blog gives the impression that you don’t care, that nothing is actually new. So if your not going to keep one updated, do yourselves a favor and skip it. Same for Facebook pages. Use them = good, don’t use them=bad.

A blog is a useful tool if used. Facebook is a blog and extremely successful because it brings everyone under one umbrella.
